When you use our free AI visibility audit tool, we collect:
- Your work email address
- Your website / brand URL
- Audit results and AI visibility scores generated for your brand
This data is used to generate your personalised report, follow up with insights, and improve our audit methodology.
2.2 Lead Forms & Contact
When you fill in any contact, enquiry, or lead form on our site, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website
- Any message or details you voluntarily provide
2.3 Booking Forms
When you book a strategy call, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your business goals. This is used solely to prepare for and deliver your call.
2.4 Cookies & Tracking
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential cookies: Required for core site functionality (e.g. remembering your consent preference). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: We use internal analytics (anonymous visitor identifiers) to understand site usage — no third-party analytics platforms are currently active.
- Meta Pixel: With your consent, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure ad effectiveness and understand how visitors from our ads interact with the site. This may set cookies from facebook.com and connect.facebook.net. This is only loaded after you give cookie consent.

2.5 Client Portal
If you become a GoGo Geo client, you'll receive access to a client portal. In addition to the above, we collect:
- Account credentials (email and hashed password — we never store your plain-text password)
- GEO scan results and visibility reports for your brand
- Onboarding information you provide about your business
2.6 Automatically Collected Data
When you visit our site, our server logs standard information including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are retained for security and debugging purposes and are not used for profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

- Client account data: Retained for the duration of the client relationship, plus 6 years after termination
- Server logs: Retained for 30 days
7. Your Rights (UK & EU)
Under UK GDPR and GDPR, you have the following rights:
