By using our website at gogogeo.agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on our site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Use automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tools on our site without prior written permission
• Use our site to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary audit methodology or tools
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our site

3. Free AI Visibility Audit Tool

Our free audit tool provides an indicative AI visibility score for your brand based on publicly available AI search data. By using the audit tool:

• You provide accurate information about your brand and website
• You understand that audit results are indicative and not a guarantee of any particular outcome
• You consent to us using your email address to send you your results and follow-up insights
• You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time

The audit tool is provided free of charge as a value-added resource. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free audit at any time without notice.

4. Paid Services

GoGo Geo offers paid GEO strategy and implementation services. When you engage us for paid services:

4.1 Service Agreements

Paid services are governed by a separate client service agreement ("Statement of Work" or "SOW") agreed between you and GoGo Geo. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a SOW, the SOW takes precedence.

4.2 Payment

• Fees are as agreed in your SOW or on our pricing page
• Payment terms are set out in your SOW (typically monthly in advance)
• Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur late payment charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

4.3 Scope of Work

We will perform GEO services with reasonable care and skill. Outcomes (such as specific AI visibility scores or traffic increases) cannot be guaranteed, as AI search platform behaviour is outside our control.

4.4 Cancellation

• Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
• Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable
• For project-based work, cancellation terms are set out in your SOW

5. Client Portal

If you're given access to our client portal:

• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• We may suspend access to the portal if we suspect misuse or non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, design, graphics, methodology, and software — is owned by or licensed to GoGo Geo and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Any reports, strategies, or materials we create for you as part of paid services become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in your SOW.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.). We have no control over these platforms and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Links are provided for reference only.

8. Disclaimers

Our site and audit tool are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be available at all times or free from errors
• Audit results will accurately reflect your real-world AI visibility at any given moment
• Any particular GEO strategy will produce guaranteed outcomes

AI search platforms (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, etc.) change their algorithms and training data independently. We cannot guarantee specific positioning within these systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGo Geo's liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGo Geo from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our site.

11. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
